By downloading or using Coach Jeff, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Coach Jeff is an AI companion for military veterans and others dealing with stress, PTSD, and life instability. Coach Jeff is not a therapist, counselor, medical device, or crisis service. Coach Jeff does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice.

• Coach Jeff offers auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store.
• The current purchase screen offers several plans, with monthly prices starting at $11.99 in the US. Apple shows the actual price before purchase. Included usage and the reset date are shown in Mission Control. Where a plan uses credits, ordinary text and voice share a balance that accounts for AI processing, speech and searches; credits do not represent a fixed number of talking minutes. Unused usage does not roll over. Existing minute subscriptions retain their purchased 20, 45, 90 or 180 monthly voice minutes, shared across phone and CarPlay.
• When a credit allowance is exhausted, ordinary text and voice require a renewed allowance. Existing minute plans retain their text access. My World, history and crisis resources remain available. Detected crisis calls are protected from allowance-based automatic endings. This is not an emergency monitoring service.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• The three-day Basic trial requires a valid trial code and Apple eligibility. It automatically renews as a paid Basic subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Apple shows the terms before you accept; entering a code alone does not start the subscription or grant access.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Enter your five-character trial code in the iOS app to open its corresponding single-use Apple offer. One campaign code can be claimed per Coach Jeff account. Codes expire and cannot be reused by another account. Apple determines subscription eligibility and shows the price and duration before you accept. Restore purchases after returning if access has not refreshed.

You agree not to misuse Coach Jeff, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or use the app in any way that violates applicable law. We may suspend access for abuse or security reasons.

Your use of Coach Jeff is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Coach Jeff is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MyBFFCoach, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app to the maximum extent permitted by law.
