What is Coach Jeff?
Coach Jeff is a voice-first AI companion built for military veterans. He's there to talk — about anything, any hour, day or night. He's not a therapist and he's not a hotline. He's a friend who gets it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name → Subscriptions
- Select Coach Jeff → Cancel Subscription
Canceling stops future charges. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.
I used a promo code and it's not working.
Promo codes are single-use and have an expiration date. If yours isn't working, contact us at support@coachjeff.ai and we'll sort it out.
Is my conversation private?
Yes. See our full Privacy Policy. The short version: your conversations are encrypted, not sold, and not shared.
I can't afford the subscription.
